Environmental Management Objectives (ISO 14001)

ASC Industries Inc. is dedicated to becoming a leader in its efforts to protect the environment. We are committed to complying with acceptable environmental practices. These practices include meeting or exceeding all applicable regulatory, legal, and other requirements; striving for continual environmental improvement; and minimizing waste products, pollution and adverse impacts on the environment.

This statement covers all activities at ASC Industries Inc., whether directly or indirectly involved with the manufacturing of Industrial Products in addition to the manufacturing and design of water pumps for all makes of automobile and truck applications.

ASC Industries Inc. has implemented an Environmental Management Program consistent with the requirements of the ISO 14001 Standard. This environmental program identifies and addresses the impact that our activities have on the environment, taking into consideration business objectives, employee issues and concerns of the public. The significant environmental aspects of our activities have been identified and objectives and targets have been defined to manage these aspects. ASC refers to the environment as a customer with documented requirements as well as possessing the opportunities for improvement. Some objectives include:

• Reduce water consumption.
• Reduce, reuse or recycle wastes and packaging.
• Reduce energy usage.
